Preorder Conditions

  1. Address: You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at hello@channelcosu.com if you need to update this information. 

  2. Delayed Delivery: Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. However, unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or shipping issues may impact the estimated arrival time. We will send you updates if this occurs. 

  3. Payment: Your payment for pre-order items will be processed immediately upon placing your order to secure your purchase.

  4. Order Consolidation: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until all items are available for shipment. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

  5. Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred and advise you to check with your local customs office for information on potential fees.

  6. Product Changes: While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, please be aware that minor changes in design, color, or features may occur during the production process. We will do our best to notify you of any significant alterations.

  7. Communication: We will keep you updated on the progress of your pre-order via email or your preferred communication channel. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information.

  8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of pre-order items, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

  10. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
